everything froze

I made about 4 entries over a weeks time and then tried to put a picture in an entry and the entire app froze up. after I re-opened the app, I could type on the entry page but couldn’t save anything and when I tried to click on the list, it wouldn’t open and the app froze again. Now all my entries are gone dispite tryint re-opne the app several times, each time it just freezes up.
